Competitive College Club Bitola - Meeting

On April 2nd 2015 the American Corner Bitola/American Educational Center Bitola organized one of the regular meetings for the participants of the EducationUSA Competitive College Club Bitola.
On the meeting led by Ms.Biljana Kuzmanovska, EducationUSA Adviser and ACBitola Coordinator, the student worked through the steps of application process to study in the US. Also as a part of the meeting the students had the opportunity to talk via Skype with Marko Manevski, who was was one of the 2014 EducationUSA Competitive College Club Bitola scholars and is currently studying at Union College in NY.

Pre-departure orientation session for Jana & Marijana!

On August 8th the AC Bitola/American Educational Center Bitola organized a pre-departure orientation session for Marijana Miloshevska and Jana Gagacheva who are about to depart from Bitola and start their studies in the United States! The session was held by YES Alumni Marija Torkova and Ivana Gruevska. Numerous tips and a box of tools were given to Jana and Marijana to equip them for the outstanding experienc e that awaits for them in the U.S.

IEW SCHOOL VISITS As a part of International Education Week 2018, EducationUSA adviser Biljana K. Tasetovikj visited several Macedonian schools and colleges and spoke with more than 130 students about the opportunities of the U.S. higher education system. On November 13, she visited schools in south-west Macedonia, high schools "Niko Nestor" - Struga, "Yahya Kemal College" - Struga, Gymnasium "St. Kliment Ohridski" - Ohrid and the University of Information Science and Technology "St. Paul the Apostle" - Ohrid. The students had the chance to learn about opportunities to obtain undergraduate and graduate education in the USA as well as the benefits of becoming a member of the American Corner in Struga.
