EducationUSA Competitive College Club (CCC) Macedonia

On July 6th 2017, the EducationUSA Competitive College Club Bitola members attended a Mock Admissions session with Senior EducationUSA Adviser Biljana Kuzmanovska Tasetovikj at the American Corner Bitola. The members were given 5 student profiles and they were put in the role of admission officers, charged with selecting 2 of the 5 students only based on the information they were given. The exercise was extremely informative and useful, giving a unique perspective on the admissions process that the students will be going through in the upcoming period.

On 27th June we had the pleasure to host Sanja Simonovic for a wonderful presentation about her first-year experience at MIT, often cited as one of the world's most prestigious universities. Current CCC Bitola students not only from Bitola but also from many other cities in the region had the opportunity to ask numerous questions about MIT and about the college admission process. Sanja gave everyone great tips and advice on how to do the college search, how and when to start the preparation, how to write great college essays and how to study for the entrance exams.
